The company comprises three activities; a wholesale business and two production companies. These three business activities are connected both legally and operationally (central services).
The wholesale business was profitable, the other activities were booking significant losses. The continuity of the company had come under serious threat.
Following an analysis, KwikGielen presented the available scenarios and supported the client during the implementation phase. By means of a company relaunch, the wholesale business was disconnected from
the other two loss-making units.
